Visa

Please contact us if you need an official invitation letter to attend ETLTC. We will issue you one after the registration is confirmed. 

In order for the official visa invitation letter to be issued to someone from outside the university system, we might ask for the following documents: 

• Photocopy of the Company ID

• Copy of the company/organization registration with seal

• A formal official letter explaining the purpose of attending ETLTC-ICETM on company letterhead signed and sealed by relevant authorities. 

• Scanned copy of the passport(s) for the visa applicant

• Correspondence with the conference organizers from a company email address, and not any generic email such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc. 

• Details of tentative (cancellable) hotel reservation in Aizuwakamatsu (reservation copy made from travel agency such as Expedia, Agoda, etc. required)

• Intended date of arrival and departure from Japan
